Room Rates

Taxes and services included

American breakfast buffet included in the room rate
Room service: 10 € / room
* Courtesy tray: Coffee, tea, herbal teas, and biscuits
** Mini Bar: mineral water, sparkling water (non-alcoholic beverages)
Extra person (adult or child from 4 years old): 150 € / night - from the Luxury room
Baby cot (up to 3 years old included): 70 € / night
A minimum number of consecutive nights may be required during certain periods
Tourist tax not included: 2.20€ / day / adult (payable on-site)

Room Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your stay, 30% of the total amount will be requested at the time of booking.

For any cancellation request, please send us an email, otherwise, the request cannot be considered.
Cancellation more than 7 days before your arrival : deposit refunded.
Cancellation 7 days or less before your arrival : deposit non-refundable.
In case of no-show and early departure : 100% of the stay non-refundable

Late cancellations significantly impact our establishment's economic model, which forces us to adopt a strict policy.
We recommend subscribing to travel insurance.

Private Villas

The minimum number of consecutive nights required varies depending on the period, contact the reservation service for more information.

American breakfast included in the rate, available in your villa or as a buffet at the hotel.
Service in villa: €10

Included service: daily cleaning and heated pool
On-demand service: Babysitter, meals and/or aperitif in the villa with service, housekeeper available, we are at your disposal for any other request.

Villa Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To guarantee your stay, 50% of the total amount will be requested at the time of booking.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days before arrival

For any cancellation request, please send us an email, otherwise, the request cannot be processed.

If a cancellation occurs more than 30 days before your arrival : the deposit paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded.
If a cancellation occurs 30 days or less before your arrival : the total payment made will be retained; The establishment will keep 50% of the total amount for cancellation fees, while the remaining 50% can be transferred to a future stay.
In case of no-show : the total payment made will be retained. This amount is neither refundable nor transferable to a future stay.

Hotel Services and General Information

Transfers and Shuttles

Hotel shuttle package*: 22€ per day per room or package 100€ per week per room
* Hotel / Calvi city center or Calvi beach trips (no airport transfer with our shuttle):

Low Season: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
High Season: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Transfer between Calvi airport and the Hotel: 30 €** / trip with a taxi
** payment is made directly in cash to the driver.

Car Rental

The Hotel La Villa offers vehicle rentals.
Available models: Jeep Renegade, Toyota Yaris.

500€ deposit.
Departure and return of vehicles from the hotel only.

Rooms

The hotel has 2 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility as well as the restaurant, terrace, and pool.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

General Information

All hotel areas are non-smoking.
Dogs up to 8kg are allowed at a rate of 40€ per day.

Mobile phones are discouraged in the common areas of the Hotel to preserve the tranquility of the place.
