Born in Sweden, she founded FIT STUDIO in 1990 in Lyon to raise public awareness of the importance of well-being for both body and mind. Quickly sought after by fitness professionals to train their instructors, Eva spent 15 years travelling the world to deliver her training, but her passion remains in imparting her knowledge to everyday clients. In 2005, she decided to settle in Ramatuelle, where she offers her private and even group classes in Pilates, Garuda, and Fitness.
