Eva Winskill

Born in Sweden, Eva founded FIT STUDIO in Lyon in 1990 to raise public awareness of the importance of well-being for both body and mind. Quickly sought after by fitness professionals to train their instructors, Eva spent 15 years traveling the world to deliver her training programs. However, her true passion remains sharing her knowledge with her daily clientele. In 2005, she decided to settle in Ramatuelle, where she offers private and even group classes in Pilates, Garuda, and Fitness.

The 5-day "Eva Winskill Pilates" all-inclusive retreat includes
